"Our daughter had very dry skin, with some red irritated patches, almost from birth. We tried all the traditional creams and additives to bath water to clear her skin, however the red patches continued to irritate her. "After 3 years trying to conceive and looking as though the IVF path was our only hope, we fell pregnant with our first child. The pregnancy and labour went well but we lost our son Ryland 5 days after his birth due to a stroke and other complications.

When we felt we were ready to expand our family we decided to look at the path of alternative medicine through acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine this is where we came to meet Jacinda at Point Specifics in the hope that she could help us achieve our dream of expanding our family.

"I first went to Teja because he was recommended to me, I had a list of small problems, ranging from acne, headaches, women’s issues, back pain and my biggest problem was not being able to fall pregnant with my third child. I had visited the doctor on many occasions and never came away with an answer that I was happy to sit with... I must admit I wasn’t actually looking for an acupuncturist but Teja was highly recommended so I thought I'd give it a go.

From my very first visit with Teja I finally felt that someone was hearing me, that these problems wouldn’t resolve them selves and that there were ways to treat them, YEH!!! Teja has an amazing understanding of the body and I felt at ease with him straight away. That first visit with Teja did actually change my life and my family’s life as well. "We are a family of 5 who have all been treated by Jacinda. My son had continual ear infections at the age of 5 and after taking him to ear specialists to no avail, I tried Jacinda.
